We are a property construction company with experience in construction of quality homes with traditional Cretan stone techniques combined with all the new developments for extra strength and the comforts of a new modern house. Our base is Chorafakia on the edge of the Akrotiri Peninsular, Western Crete. We offer a choice, either the sale of property already completed, or ‘build to plan’. The latter involves three phases. Firstly, the search and acquisition of land suited to a client’s requirements. Secondly, with the assistance of an English speaking architect, the completion of the house design to the client’s wishes. Thirdly, the management of the building project. ‘Build to plan’ services are popular, as they very often result in a considerably lower cost than buying new property.
